Accountability Maintenance Policy:  Tenant acknowledges that they will be held responsible for the charges incurred for any maintenance service request that finds the issue to be damage, neglect, tenant responsibility, or no issue present.

PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION READY WHEN YOU REQUEST SERVICE:

Property address
Tenant name
Specific description of the problem
Length of time the issue has needed attention
How the issue occurred

Please be patient and allow for response time to the request.  Accountability is efficient at handling maintenance requests; calling repeatedly without allowing time to respond only slows the process.
