Meet the Staff

Property Manager – Adriana Garcia
Adriana brings years of title, mortgage, and real estate experience to the position of property manager. She works diligently to resolve issues for our clients, and has an exceptional knowledge of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. Adriana is known for her ability to create win/win outcomes. She excels in customer service and communications, and has won several “Outstanding Achievement” awards for Accountability. Adriana is bi-lingual and holds a Property Management Certification from the Arizona School of Real Estate.

Leasing/Sales – Becky Maxwell
Becky continually keeps abreast of this ever-changing industry, and her skills as a negotiator result in the best deals for our clients. As a graduate of San Diego Christian College with a degree in Business Communication, Becky is well trained to deal with our clients and the perspective tenants to ensure the best contracts for both parties. As a collegiate volleyball player with noted athletic prowess, Becky is a tough competitor but treats our clients to exceptional service and positive results.

Accounting – Carrie Glade
With a background in law and public service, Carrie understands the importance of attention to detail. She holds certifications in Property Management, Law, and Ethics, with an extensive knowledge of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act. Carrie monitors client accounts to ensure accuracy and timely billing. She has won several customer service awards for her exceptional commitment to clients, and receives more accolades and compliments from our customers than any other staff member.

Executive Assistant – Nicole Fritzinger
Nicole is a valley native and has years of customer service experience. Nicole brings enthusiasm, intelligence, and outstanding communication skills to our company. She is well versed in various computer applications and programs, and is a “multi-tasking” queen. She is always positive, and has received many compliments from our customers about her exceptional customer service
Administrative Assistant – Diana Garcia
Diana is currently finishing up her bachelor’s degree at ASU in Mechanical Engineering. She possesses a keen ability to methodically handle the advertising, phones, keys, and myriad challenges that crop up in this industry. Her part time status on our staff brings with it a full time commitment to client satisfaction.

Sales – Kristina Prassas
Kristina focuses on investment sales transactions as she continues her education in the real estate field. A technology guru, Kristina embodies our standard of prompt communication. Clients find her combination of enthusiasm and intelligence to be an asset.

Leasing/Sales – Michelle Woodlee
Michelle brings over (6) years of real estate experience to the table, with over 47 million dollars in sales volume. She has won numerous awards for exceptional real estate service with her previous company. Michelle graduated from NAU (Northern Arizona University) with a Business Management degree, and studied abroad in Spain with Lacunza. Michelle prides herself on her customer service, and has strong knowledge of the North West Valley area. You can definitely depend on Michelle to get your real estate needs handled in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner!

Associate Broker/sales/leasing – Brandon Glade
Brandon has extensive knowledge of investment real estate, leases, lease- purchase agreements, and commercial leases. He demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, integrity and prompt communications with our client base. He completed over 500 real estate transactions in just four years, which translates to a large variety of negotiation experience for our clients. Brandon daily demonstrates the Accountability ideals.
Brandon is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he proudly served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. He was a local valley police officer for over 12 years and received numerous accolades for exceptional service.

Designated Broker/Sales – Ken Boren
Ken has over 35 years in real estate services and an extensive knowledge of the business. His experience as owner/operator of several successful businesses lends a remarkable amount of business acumen to our clients. Ken understands and demonstrates Accountability’s core values with each client, and leads our team to the same high standards. His vast experience means that our clients will experience unflappable, diligent service that adds value beyond what competitors can offer.

Sales – Jeff Jessee
Jeff brings over 35 years of real estate experience, including an MBA from Central Missouri University and professorships at several universities across the country. Jeff is a licensed general contractor with extensive building knowledge. His accomplishments have received more accolades than we can list. Our clients find his broad range of knowledge and experience an invaluable resource.
Sales – Sally Schneider
Sally has over 15 years of real estate experience with specialization in “luxury” homes for most of her career. She has a keen knowledge of the most desirable locations in the valley and an insider’s eye for value. Sally focuses on investment transactions and excels in customer service.
Internet/Computer Technician – Chris Holub
Chris holds a CCNA certification and is a Cisco instructor for that certification at South Mountain Community College, as well as a full time staff member for IBM. Chris ensures that our company can provide the technological support for outstanding customer service.
